Warrior Fit Bootcamp
Join us this April for an exciting 12-week HIIT style bootcamp, designed to help participants reach their fitness goals while
in a group setting. Designed to target maximum heart rate while increasing muscular strength, muscular endurance, and conditioning; this class is for all fitness levels. Our trainers will help you to achieve your personal fitness in a physically challenging group environment.
All participants that register for all 12 sessions will receive a Warrior Fit shirt and pre- and post- assessments:
- Body composition evaluation
- 1-MINUTE push-up and sit-up assessments

Foundations of Yoga
Yoga instructors will provide the foundations for beginning your yogapractice. The five-week session will cover the purpose of props, basic poses and the benefits of different styles of yoga. The fifth class will be a beginneryoga class to get you started on your journey.

Class 3: Balancing poses
Class 4: Back bends, twists and recommendations for continuing practice
